The room was large and comfortable.

It does not state that you must pay a $50 deposit and that the deposit can only paid by a credit card. We chose this hotel due to being able to book without a credit card because I do not have one available. After speaking to a manager I was told I could pay $500 on debit instead or I would have to refund my money and find another place to stay. I understand if that is your policy but you should make sure it is understood at time of booking.

"Loss of Control"

I was traveling through Ontario on business and chose to stay at this establishment because of its location to the expressway. Check-in was okay. I am not sure the team member was well trained. My room was fine. I was fortunate to get a whirlpool in my room. It made relaxing after a long day easier. Check out was a whole different story!! It appears that there was a sports tournament involving children aged between 10 - 17. It made for a huge crowd of bad actors and rambunctious children. The front desk team was not prepared for this onslaught of humanity. This situation was so bad that I gave my key to a person who appeared to be a manager of sorts, gave him my room number, and told him to bill me. The level of chaos reminded me of a movie showing a prison riot. Just sad.
