Breakfast was good the first morning. Breakfast was very good the second morning. I am getting billed from booking.com when I did not know Iwas going to get charged a duplicate fee. @215.00

I didn't realize I was using booking .com and now I have to pay a duplicat fee of $215.00

"Nice place for an overnight sleep."

The room was very spacious and the staff was super nice.

The hot foods at breakfast were not very good. Dried out, and hard.

The shower took over 15 minutes to get warm. I ended up using a washcloth to clean myself because I had an appointment I was going to be late for. The shower head was filthy. The surfaces were dusty. A drawer for the bathroom sink did not open because of faulty construction. And worst of all, I got absolutely no sleep because of the pull out mattress. It was completely ripped and there was no support or padding at all. I was offered to switch rooms, but that mattress was also exactly the same. Horrendous!!!

Great studios and suites. Could do with having the wooden furniture and cabinets either touched up, or better still, replaced. You can tell that they’re old. Super comfortable beds! You have to request housekeeping services if you want it or they don’t seem to come on their own. Usually breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit and do it yourself waffles. They have a happy hour Monday to Thursday with great beer and decent wine plus bar food. Overall a very good hotel if you don’t mind the furniture being a bit rough.

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast. It snowed overnight and we were impressed that the parking lot and walkways were cleared when we awoke.
