Cozy, clean, free washing machines, breakfast included

Had a bulb going bad in bathroom area and it kept flashing. Asked for it to be replaced and no one ever came. We ended up staying 2 nights and still no one came

A reservation for one night at a rate of 240 you authorize my card for 400 then charged my card for 400 when I got there and then authorized it again for 400. Holding $1200 for one night is just ridiculous.
