It was a great hotel overall. Greeted by friendly staff. The breakfast was probably one of the most amazing breakfast that we’ve ever had at a hotel and we loved the room.

My hotel room ended up having glass on the floor. I have four kids with me, my youngest one and a half who happened to pick up at the marble size square of glass and put it in his mouth. Also the pieces that were found on the floor were super sharp. It took one second for one of my kids or myself to step on that and it would go straight into our foot.And then in the kitchen and the cracking under the refrigerator, you can see the little shiny pieces of glass. Not that I was asking for compensation. The staff was super understandable, but it would’ve been nice to have something like that. Could’ve been a major lawsuit on their behalf.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The buffet for breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.

We were given a handicap room, which we didn't need. So, we were not sure how to use some things. The bed was very noisy but comfortable.

The hotel dishonored our reservation at booking.com claiming that the reservation is canceled even we shied them the confirmation pulled out from the booking.com app. So we have to rebook on site and pay the price difference.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and found the staff to be courteous and helpful once we were settled in. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the amenities were appreciated. The only drawback we experienced was the check-in process, which took longer than we expected. After a day of travel, it can be tiring to wait an extended time just to get to your room. While we understand that delays can happen, a smoother or quicker check-in would make the arrival experience much more welcoming. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our visit and would consider returning.
