Staybridge suites feels like home.

Breakfast was great!

My Family was staying here after a house fire, the staff was super rude and disrespectful most of all racist. They harassed us everyday coming to our rooms with police told us we were not allowed at breakfast. We were being racially profiled while going through such a rough time. The GM Amber Wallace was the most racist of them all lieing to our faces about things our family was doing. I do not recommend staying here at all. I would never come on here and lie we asked for video proof of this but they wouldn’t give it to us . Unfortunately being a black family we are forced to deal with this. They didn’t make us feel welcomed at all. We would never come and take all the food from breakfast away from everyone but we were trying to feed 8 people and very hungry children. Please be cautious staying here the breakfast staff makes up lies. We’ve never been treated so horribly in our lives

This hotel is okay at best. It's not very clean and don't stay on the first floor as we could always hear walking above us, Soundproofing is not good. The hotel provides dinner a few nights per week and then the first floor smells badly. We had a water main break cause no water in the hotel. We couldn't shower or flush the toilet and we checked out with 2 days to go in our reservation. The hotel insisted on charging us for the two days until Expedia intervened on our behalf. Won't stay here again.

Our stay was good, there where a few issues with our room, the shower handle wasn’t fixed to the wall, there was a small hole above the bathroom door, the previous occupants must of put a tissue in it, we removed the tissue and found the hole. The toilet was missing the caps to the seat… not very sanitary. Our room must of had water damage the left closet door barely opened and they had put a kick plate on the bottom of the bathroom door due to extreme water damage. The door handle in the bathroom wasn’t fixed to the door either. We were in room 112. The carpet had what looked like pet stains on it. We don’t have pets and we don’t like paying for a room w pet stains on the carpet. I think they should have certain rooms for pet people and other rooms for people without pets. Due to allergies and other issues such as pet stains. Also we stay at Staybridge Suites when we can during travel. All of the other Staybridge Suites, have you put your laundry basket outside of your room w your dirty towels in it, then they leave you clean towels to replace. This is perfect and convenient for everyone. The occupants as well as house keeping. It lets housekeeping keep up on laundry and the occupants get clean towels without housekeeping entering the room or having to go to the front desk which is very inconvenient. The breakfast was great and the social meal was good. We appreciate this. Most Staybridge suites we stay in offer alcohol which this one doesn’t. It is a very nice perk. Staff was friendly except the man at check out. I tried to inform him of the issues with our room. He jotted some of the issues on a piece of paper and seemed annoyed that I was trying to inform him of the issues. Over all good stay, just our room need maintenance.

They do not have smart TVs and the walls are paper thin those were my only complaints !!
