"Good"

Nice staff, unfortunately the couch had stains and the cushions had tears in them. Also the bathroom ceiling had stains and the curtain was about to fall down

"Mold in bathroom"

The bathroom in our room was disgusting. We took pictures of mold on all of the walls. The hotel’s response was that they were sorry and they knew, and they were beginning renovations next month.

"Dont judge the place by the pics"

The room looked great but the water in the shower was too hot an when you tried to turn it to cold for it to be comfortable it was all the way off an the breakfast we paid for in the price of the room we didnt get we were told the cook called in some adjustment should be made we had to go by breakfast eles where

We have stayed here before in a standard room and thought it was great. Close to the Amp and clean. However, this time we were given an accessible room (not sure why) and it was filthy. The couch was gross, carpet had stains and was sticky, the caulking around the shower was black. Terrible that an accessible room was held to such a low standard of cleanliness. Probably won’t stay here again.

The staff initially gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. Once I got to my corrected room, there was a bed bug crawling on the pillow. I took a video of it and went back to the front desk. I asked for a refund and left. Had to drive two hours away to sleep for the night.

"Comfy bed"

It’s was a nice suite with some kitchen amenities including a sink, frig and microwave. Coffee was supplied and towels and soap for any clean up. Bed was very comfortable. The desk chair was a bit worn. A light is needed above the bathroom sink. Appears there was one at one point.
