Staybridge Suites Rogers - Bentonville by IHG

As described very quiet and comfortable stay. Staff was very polite had everything ready for us when we arrived.

While they are still in the middle of renovations and things like cabinet doors for the kitchenette are missing, everything is new and is lovely already. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable.

Full renovation in progress. Room was not completely finished, we think. Lobby was pretty non existent. Kitchenette in the room had half of the cabinet doors missing. Site should have alerted travelers of the remodel. To take Breakfast you had to go next door to sister property. Wait till after they’re done.

This hotel was re-modeling while we were there! Dust, no/little desk service. Breakfast was next door, not at the hotel. The second night, there was a fake fire alarm. We expect more of the Staybridge, and more of this app. Really upset, this was a trip with my friends and it wasn’t anywhere near ‘standard,’ let alone real nice.

Definately better options. I booked because were visiting for a week and thought a suite would be more comfortable. We were put into a room that I was told was remodeled. I can't imagine this was remodeled as there were two doors missing on the kitchen sink cabinets and no coffee maker, which was brought to me upon request. I did ask if we could change rooms but was told the hotel was booked. The elevator was beyond filthy gross. The breakfast disappointing and could use more seating areas. The bed was a high boy so I never slept in it as I am 5'1" so I slept in a very uncomfortable pull out couch all week. This was very over priced.

Here's how not to endear people to your hotel or the IHG brand. I purchased a simple one night stay at a large charity auction, but it was purchased just before COVID hit. Needless to say, we didn't travel any nor did we even get out to a local hotel like the Staybridge. Only now are we feeling safe enough. We had hoped to use this one night at our local Staybridge, but the management was obnoxiously strict and pretty much gave us the SOL look with no remorse. Fortunately there are outlets like this that allow future travels to be warned about this place/management.

I didn't like the fact that the door lock had to be fixed twice and I had to get it rekeyed. I didn't like the fact they charged me $25.00 ahead for items that I didn't use and they were supposed to reimburse me two days after my stay and I have not gotten credited for it yet. Construction workers set the fire alarm off numerous times and it was extremely loud and no one bothered to tell us what was going on until you called the front desk.

The poor management! Specifically Todd Ford!! Unfortunately/Fortunately depending on how you look at it we never got to stay here. You see this hotel donated a (VIP Certificate for (1) complimentary night stay), to a charity event which we purchased along with some NWA Naturals baseball tickets thinking it would be a nice weekend getaway. Here is the kick in the shorts! Todd refuses to honor the certificate even though it doesn’t expire until 6/30/23. We made numerous attempts to speak with Todd but only ever received 2 poorly worded and constructed emails stating they will not honor it. I also contacted IHG corporate hoping for some assistance, but no! I did get another email from Todd scolding me for filing a complaint with corporate. I can assure you after this situation I would not recommend staying here or at any IHG affiliated establishment.

Beware - booked a reservation here many months ago and on my way driving to check in - received a phone call that they were overbooked and moved me to another hotel. I had a 2 bedroom suite and they booked me in a queen studio at the other hotel so had to get 2 non-connecting rooms for my families trip. No consideration, no assistance , no nothing from Staybridge. And the hotel they sent me to was not that nice. . I have left a voicemail with the manager and have not received a call back yet. This is unacceptable!
