Staybridge Suites Rogers - Bentonville by IHG

This was our last night on the road after 11 nights on the road. I have to say this hotel was the nicest one that we stayed at in that span of time. We had stayed in 2 other Staybridge locations but this one was so much better. The employee's were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The best thing was the higher level toilet. We stayed at a few hotels that it seemed they had "children toilets". My husband is 6' 3" and I don't like listening to him complain about the toilet heights. We don't need handicap access but it seems that would be the best option. Internet was fast and reliable. We did eat the breakfast and they did have many options.

Guzman was the best hotel employee I ever met. and promptly saw to any of my needs and provided above and beyond customer servie. The room was nice and spatious and the property was clean and safe. I would definitely recommend to friends and will try to stay here any time im in the area.

Convenient location and close to concert venue we were visiting for. Staff was friendly though appeared they over booked rooms and we waited 30 minutes to check in. Rooms were clean and very spacious but had very low water pressure for showers. Our friends had no water at all. Overall good experience and would probably stay again.

The staff is very nice helpful. I'm a bus driver and I have to sleep during the day to ensure my passengers are safe. I understand early checkin is hard sometimes, but this place, just give you the runaround. They showed No effort to help me at all. Just canned responses. Really really unhelpful for a lower quality hotel. Apparently it takes all day to clean one room. I guess the hotel staffs party was more important than my rest. There are a lot of people who rely on me getting good rest before long drives. This hotel ranks very low on customer service. All they have is pre written responses and couldn't be bothered to help.

Loved the two-bedroom condo suite with 2 separate restrooms. One of the restrooms had a toilet that was very wobbly. The breakfast bar was empty when we went and the kitchen staff was talking and playing around in the kitchen. We never got anything fresh brough out, so we ate oatmeal. It was still 1.5 hours from time to close the breakfast bar, so it wasn't last minute on our part.

We have always stayed at the Candlewood/Staybridge Suites family of hotels in the Fayetteville area and LOVE them. This was hands down the most run down and worst one. The staff was not horrible, but the service was not up to par. The lady serving breakfast was unprofessional and ran out of food quickly. She blamed it on broken appliances in the kitchen. Either the washers or dryers were also out of sevice. And this was the first time at this hotel chain that we have been denied a late check out. All these issues wouldnt have been a huge deal, except that it was my wife's birthday trip. VERY disappointed!

Clean and safe, limited restaurants nearby. Kitchens are well equipped.
