"Not staying at this one again.."

Front desk lady when first checked in was very friendly

The pillows were old and un comfortable..we asked for different ones and they brought us the SAME ECACT PILLOW..Housekeeping was NONEXISTENT..we were not told you had to request housekeeping so for 4 days we did our own!

Location, cleanliness, value, breakfast options

No housekeeping during our stay. We had to continuously empty our garbage cans and go to the front desk for toilet paper.

"Beware Homewood suite"

We booked a week at this hotel, it's a hotel by Hilton. We booked through Hilton Honors at which time we told them that due to our disabilities we need a walk in shower. When we arrive there was a bathtub. No one informed us of the no shower available. The room is also unclean. Wire sticking out of the couch, old bathtub. Certainly not one that bears Hilton name. So we are stuck here until the end of the week. Need a hotel by Hilton stick to Hampton Inn, much much better. Bypass the Homewood suites. You won't be sorry. BTW there will be no compensation for the dirty room, no shower etc. Hilton honors offered to find another hotel in a 5 mile radius but there were none Certainly not worth the cost. Go to Hampton
