it was clean, great location, comfortable, bed was lovely, shower was on point, even the pull out bed is comfortable, it came with a full kitchen, everything was great. The breakfast was great, the scenary on the patio was lovely, the pool and hot tub, and theres a grill. So if you want to just chill, have a nice drink, listen to music and just kick back. this hotel has the environment just fir that type of vibe. I would definitely stay again

the ice machine on the 4th floor doesn't work, which wasn't a big deal. and my husband got stuck in the elevator. he's wasn't in there very long, before he was rescued.

Staff was perfect, food was good. Rooms not so much

The only bright spot was the front desk staff. Both check in and check out were pleasant experiences. The room was in need of a major update. Some crunchy stuff on the curtains. Gross. The floor of the shower was black. Needs some deep cleaning. Furniture in general needs replacing. The kicker was that the hot water was out in the morning so no hot shower. The breakfast was inedible. Pools of water in the "eggs". Some mystery meat. Seriously, I've stayed at a lot of hotels and know free breakfast. This was new. I didn't even try to eat it. Serious disappointment for a usual Hilton visitor.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was more than expected, do not care for fake eggs, other than that it was great. Excellent location.

Safe

Good: The staff were friendly and the pool was nice. The microwave in the room was good quality, and the fridge was big. The TV has some smart features. Close to many restaurants and a supermarket. Not good: Most of these relate to long-stay issues. The stove did not get hot enough to boil water. The kitchen items were sparse - only pots/pan but no colander. The sink area is not separate from the bedroom, so you’ll spill light into the room if you are waking up early for work. There were no dressers, and the storage space was minimal for two people. The parking lot side of the building was a bit loud, and the food supply truck that shows up at 6AM on Saturdays never failed to wake us. The gym was nice, but there were often no towels available, some of the treadmills weren’t fully functional, and there was no way to sanitize the equipment before/after use. The dog walk area is shared with the smoking area. The halls often smelled of marijuana, and there were often people outside in the smoke area smoking blunts. They’d leave the plastic ends on the ground, so be cautious if you’re walking your dog there. There are a few homeless that live in the nearby woods and will hang out near the dog walk area. I asked the desk to charge a particular credit card, and they had me go through the swiping process. After checkout, I noticed that the wrong card was charged. I called back, and the desk agent said that has happen several times today and it must be a “system” issue. She said to email the hotel manager. I did so and have not received a response after a week. They do not answer the phone, either. The staff is friendly, though. We had planned staying there for about 45 days while we await our house being available for move in, but we decided to move to a different hotel after a week. The main issues were the marijuana smells (we both have professions where we are regularly tested), the safety (homeless people and stuff on the ground in the dog area), and the inability to actually cook anything in the kitchen due to the underperforming stove top and lack of kitchen equipment.
