Bed was comfortable and not under construction

Booking.com has an issue with letting customers know when hotels are under remodeling, this is the 2nd time I've had a reservation and I get there and half the hotel is under construction

Half the hotel is under construction. Rooms outdated and just for shits and giggles there are exposed electrical wires hanging right next to the door lock for my room 425

Staff couldn't care less, just wanted to play on phone. Paint and wall paper missing and torn. The only good thing was the bed

The place was dated and needed some TLC starting with the Elevators. Over all rooms are spacious and Beds were comfortable with freshly washed sheets.

The front desk staff were very nice. The hotel was being remodelled so it’s difficult to rate. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

One set of back doors, which we were right next to, didn’t work with the key card so we had to walk all the way around to get in or out if we parked close to our room.

Under construction which is ok. Not very clean, had a funny smell. Would not stay here next trip.

Misleading pet policy. No mention of a fee online. Terrible condition in and out, with poorly planned Renovations progress. Saw 3 roaches…COMPLETELY IDIOTIC ELEVATOR LOCATIONS THAT ARE NOWHERE NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND THESE ELEVATORS ARE HIDDEN BEHIND DOORS THAT RESEMBLE ROOM DOORS. INCONVENIENT

although we found a roach essentially the room and service was perfect. we understand there could be improvement but maybe a fumigation should clear problem.
