"I enjoyed it and the staff members (Mahogany, Mrs. P and the breakfast staff) was great."

It was in a good location and comfortable. The suite was spacious.

I had a hard time finding it. GPS kept saying that I’ve arrived but I didn’t see the hotel or the sign. I had to get directions from someone that lives in the area to find it.

Breakfast was great. Complimentary snacks and water offered is awesome! Location is great. Hotel was clean in the areas I visited. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was not ready when we arrived (after check-in) so we had to wait. I could of least been offered a small discount for the inconvenience though.

The bed/mattress was leaning to one side and did not sit on the frame appropriately.

The property was clean and in a great location.

The staff. The manager was rude, they charged my room even tho I had already paid them online in advance. I showed them proof of this and they refused to refund my money. Would be a 5 star hotel if they brought in better management.
