I had coffee. There wasn't anywhere to sit in the dining area. I decided to grab a cup of coffee and leave. The people who were eating were congregated and lounging at the tables without eating.

We enjoyed our time with our son who we were visiting from fort benning. The rooms are nice but the beds were not comfortable.

Upon checking in the price I had already paid on Booking and had to pay again before getting a room. Plus, a $200 incidental fee, I have never had this encounter at this location. I have stayed at this location multiple times for work. It’s always been nothing but pleasant. Some of my co- workers were referred by me to this location because we all stay out of town but work at Old Navy. After this, we may have to search else where …

Paying twice and a $200 incidental fee ..

Reservations for family members were completely messed up. Two of our party had to go to the Fairfield, 10-15 minutes away. One was refused due to name confusion. Air conditioner super noisy and cycled poorly. Beds not made every day. Just a very disappointing experience. Won’t come here again.
