La personne qui nous a reçu a tout fait pour qu'on passe un agréable séjour. Il a essayé de répondre à toutes nos demandes. Merci à lui qui sait rendre cet endroit chaleureux.L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur le port est super. .

Great little hostel with lovely staff, great facilities and at a brilliant location.

En suite bathroom facilities or at least a toilet would that we have found in other hostels would have been fantastic. The shared facilities although on a different floor to our room were clean and well equipped. It wasn’t a huge problem and not much that can be changed about the building. Overall still a great place and we would use again.

L'auberge de jeunesse est idéalement située sur le très joli et très typique port de Tobermory. Les chambres ont presque toute une vue sur la mer. Certes le confort des chambres est modeste mais les équipement collectifs sont de qualité, il ne manque rien, la cuisine est très agréable et très bien équipée, avec vue sur le port, même chose pour le salon commun très confortable. Mais le grand plus c'est l'accueil, extrêmement chaleureux et professionnel à la fois, veillant au confort et aux besoins des pensionnaires. Après deux jours on se sentait comme chez nous et on regrettait très fort de quitter cette auberge qui m'a réconcilié avec le concept d'auberge de jeunesse. / The hostel is ideally located on the very pretty and typical Tobermory harbor. Almost all the rooms have a sea view. While the rooms themselves are modestly comfortable, the communal facilities are excellent; nothing is lacking. The kitchen is very pleasant and well-equipped, also overlooking the harbor, as is the very comfortable common room. But the real highlight is the welcome, which is both extremely warm and professional, attentive to the comfort and needs of the guests. After two days, we felt right at home and were very sorry to leave this hostel, which has restored my faith in the concept of a youth hostel.

Seul point noir peu facile à corriger car lié à l'ancienneté du bâtiment : l'exiguïté des toilettes du côté homme, peu praticables pour des gens corpulents. / The only downside, which is difficult to correct because it is linked to the age of the building, is the cramped size of the toilets on the men's side, which are not very practical for larger people.
