Stinky lobby and when you got to the second floor it smelled like something died. Musty carpet and quite dirty. Would not recommend

Had to ring the bell for service, line was forming. Pool had 2 towels, then a person brought more. Pool looked dirty. Water was cloudy...

We didn't stay. The hotel was AWFUL! Smelled of sewer when we walked in. Elevator was broken so unless you could carry your luggage upstairs the 1st floor eas the only option. Hallway carpet was dirty and there were wheelbarrows at the end of the hallway Ring around the toilet bowl and 3 small black bugs on the sheets. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. They canceled our reservation, now I just need my money refunded.

Only gluten free bfast options were an apple and fruit loops. and I guess you no longer serve meat? Or potatoes

Bathroom in lobby was filthy the night we came in and still hadn't been cleaned the next morning at 10:30 am. Elevator was out of order. We ordered a handicapped room and was offered a room on floor 3, using stairs, but finally got one on floor 2. ( No compensation ) The place needs to be remodeled. Totally run down.

I booked a king. I was given two queens. Lots of things in the room were dirty. The breakfast was terrible, only one hot option. The breakfast area was filthy, especially the refrigerator and items inside it. Our room smelled like smoke.
