Absolutely amazing hotel, this was our fifth time here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Tan who always goes above and beyond. The location is excellent, right on the best part of Chaweng Beach. Close enough to all the action but not affected by the noise.

Everything, very old and ugly. Their beach was very ghetto, in construction. We left after 2 nights, we got a refund and then they reached us for asking money for 1 more night, they said we stayed 3 nights which we didnt, we left at other hotel after the second night. Scammers. Even the second night was a scam because we wanted to left, and they said the clock is after 12:00 PM and they cant refund for this one, we need to pay the whole night. 2 days lost entire in my vacation, also the time and stress and money to book another hotel. Just dont book at this hotel, service very bad.

Just finishing up our 5 day stay at this hotel and it was our favourite of the whole trip. Well located, comfy bed, nice breakfast, but most of all the staff - they all go above and beyond, they work so hard and it doesn't go unnoticed. A great hotel and we would definitely return. I went to the Baan Samui Resort after I had a bit of not so good experience in another hotel. I asked for a room two nights, I got a very nice room. The room was quiet, had a balcony, a very good bed. The room is equipped with water heater, fridge It looks like the rooms are pretty new, perfect bath, everything clean It is a quiet and small resort, with a nice pool, sunbeds around the pool and direct beach access. They have at the beach sunbeds and seating bags

A beautiful hotel with a charming courtyard and tastefully decorated rooms. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and always tidy. You immediately feel at ease and at home. The hotel staff is always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is attractively presented and always fresh. The wide selection ensures that every guest is satisfied. The hotel restaurant is currently being renovated and will reopen in a few weeks (within the month). It will be very modern and truly impressive. The renovation work is barely audible and practically invisible. I'm already looking forward to visiting the restaurant on my next vacation. It will be simply fantastic. The pool bar offers very comfortable tables with parasols and is always busy. Guests from outside the hotel also like to come here to eat. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Tan is the heart and soul of the wonderful team, and all the staff are friendly and always ready to help. She is always there and makes sure that guests feel warmly welcomed. It's like a family-run hotel. It's also ideal for families with children, as there is a children's pool. The hotel is very centrally located, and in the evenings you can go shopping and explore the city. We'll be back :)
