Amazing staff and terrific location, will definitely be coming back

Just two minor things: Both beach towels and those of the bathroom could use an upgrade and it would be good if the air conditioning filters would be cleaned (more often?)

"Wonderful place to stay ❤️"

Absolutely wonderful place. We just spent our fourth holiday at this hotel and we'll definitely come back. The hotel is perfectly situated in the livelihood of Chaweng, but it is still very peaceful. The best feature of the hotel are the staff though. They make you feel so welcome and they're incredibly kind, always going the extra mile. During the renovation of the restaurant they made sure to keep the nuisance to a minimum and we can't wait to see the result when we come back. A special thanks to Tan who is always so thoughtful❤️

"Awesome Stay"

We stayed here after a reccommendation from a family member & definetly would come back. The staff are amazing, the food was good & the amosphere is awesome. You can either sit down the front on the beach or by the pool. The rooms are well maintained , clean & have plenty of room in them. We were on the 2nd level & had a lovely view down to the pool & beach from our veranda. Would definetly reccomend & definetly stay again :-)

"Home from home"

Another stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is amazing, for me situated on the best part of the beach. Frontside it’s well situated just slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are what makes this hotel. Lovely rooms with everything you need. We had an evening meal on one of our nights and the food was superb.

"Fantastic resort."

I only gave it 4 stars because of the Moon Dance restaurant being under renovations. It didn’t really spoil the experience except having breakfast at Moon Dance on the beachfront would have been excellent. The staff are exceptional. So attentive and helpful and friendly. Tan, Meen and Paiar (?) are the ones whose names I can remember. We had a deluxe room, ground floor. The newly renovated bathroom was clean and beautiful and very well lit. The lighting in the main room is subtle. I think better bed lamps would be great. It was a bit difficult to read at night. The resort is right on the stunning Chaweng Beach. Water equipment is available to guests. The swimming pool is clean and sparkling. The buffet breakfast is perfect.
