Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available. There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00. All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay. Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00. - Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit - Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay - Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay - Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping. Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am. Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Für ein Wochenende ok, aber nicht für einen längeren Zeitraum"

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral! Das Personal, mit dem wir zu tun hatten (Rezeptionist und die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet) waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Man hat viele „Kleinigkeiten“, die sich allerdings in der Summe häuften, bemerkt (schlecht verarbeitetes Laminat, übermalte Farbe an den Zargen, aufgequollenes Holz im Badezimmer, nicht festsitzende Steckdosen und - völlig befremdlich- keine Tür zum Badezimmer/WC, nur ein Vorhang! Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Insgesamt fehlt in meinen Augen der Blick fürs Detail und Sauberkeit.

Muy buena ubicación cerca a la estación caminando 20 minutos y a los lugares turísticos de brujas

Que el desayuno lo sirvan muy tarde debería ser a partir de las 7.30 ya que los trenes salen temprano

"Excellent séjour dans ce charmant hôtel"

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la flexibilité de notre heure d'arrivée ainsi que la gentillesse du gérant et réceptionniste de l'hôtel. Nous avons apprécié également le petit déjeuner.

Quelques petits détails au niveau de la finition dans la chambre (bouton des toilettes cassé, prise électrique dysfonctionnel) mais rien de bien méchant honnêtement. On sent qu'il y a une sincère volonté de bien faire et, au regard des images et commentaires des dernières années, je ne peux que constater une belle évolution.
