The location is fantastic, even parking nearby under the states archive I really enjoyed the canal view. You have to be clear about the fact that there will be tourists in boats that run across your window from 10-6pm everyday in like a 10 minute rhythm. When you sit in the bed they will be like 2 meters away from you. But we didn’t care, they always looked the other way. Kind of overall cosy and cute vibe Easy check in

Before my stay I got a spam of messages from the hotel basically telling me this: NO Amenities - only hand soap / when you stay shorter than 4 days you have to pay 10€ for fresh towels / no automatic intermediate cleaning / no hairdryer; you have to pay for it / if you want it warmer than 20 degrees you have to pay 15€ per night >> so there is really nothing (except one tiny piece of soap) and everything costs something. The hotel is renovating - they told me in the messages - but when we arrived our tiny toilet had no ground. It was just bare concrete, cold and a little dirty. Wasn’t really super clean overall. The breakfast was bad. Only soft bread, sugared cornflakes, milk, old apples, cheese and ham for the bread and sugared jam. No chance to start your day healthy. Tea was strongly aromatised.

Really comfortable bed, great continental breakfast and fantastic location within walking distance of city centre.

There were some other guests who were very loud late at night and into the early morning both nights and as it was an unmanned reception we couldn't bring this up with staff. Shower head had poor water pressure and there were no extra pillows (without paying for them).

Amazing view directly to the canal. We had a swan swimming below our balcony both nights. It was a magical moment.

No free amenities. You have to pay for everything: shampoo, extra heating , extra pillows. There was a vending machine that only worked with coins.

konden geen koffie en thee maken op de kamer en ook niet verkrijgbaar in het hotel
