The staff are very polite and respectful. They are also very helpful. The location is perfect and the food is very good.

It could be a little noisy in the mornings, not too bad but it could be uncomfortable if you want to sleep in.

"Pet friendly spacious hotel with wonderful facilities"

We loved the space and well trained staff of the hotel. The building has history and facilities are excellent. We really enjoyed its tennis court, spacious green area and convenient location in the city of Patzucuaro. We would love to come back for the famous Day of the Dead in November. We had our dog with us and tge hotel was so accommodating. We saw few other dogs other than ours.

The only thing was that the room didn't have a fridge nor microwave oven. I know it was not usually equipped in a hotel room but it would make our stay 100% perfect if they did.

El área verde esta muy bien cuidada y es muy bonito , el restaurante super rico fue buffet

La alberca no estábamos caliente y la habitación estaba muy encerrada

Los jardines y el diseño de la hacienda es muy bonito

La alberca esta demasiado fria, no pude meter a mi niño al agua, había avispas en ella y picaron a mi sobrina, la comida es muy cara dentro de la hacienda incluyendo el restaurante, la cafetera en la habitación no servía, pero igual eso lo puedo pasar
