St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino

The room must have been recently renovated as wallpaper and bathroom were like new. Appreciated the historic photos throughout the hallways and the Interpretive Centre on the lower level of the Mission Building. Watched their film on the building's past as a residential school. Used Booking.com and was originally assigned by the front desk to the new wing with modern rooms but wanted renovated Mission building and was accommodated. The adjacent golf course, nearby church and modern school and school graveyard all added to the history of the story that the preserved Mission is trying to tell. Go and pay attention to the history of this beautifully preserved place. Flowers and grounds were outstanding as well. D.

The room was beautiful

The room was right over the s.oking patio. Very noisy and lots of smoke smell.

Lovely hotel but perhaps a little tired. Our room was huge and clean. Casino on site was a bit of fun. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Parking was a bit of mission. Ended up having to carry our very heavy suitcases up a lot of stairs from the car park. When we left - We were on third floor and learned the lift was out of order after standing by it for ten mins waiting. Eventually I called reception who said it wasn’t working. Why would they not put a sign on it? Also no staff available to help carry our suitcases downstairs. Two kind hotel guests helped us in the end.

We loved the place, the surroundings are exceptional and we were made feel so welcome. We had a balcony room with lovely views of the rockies. The food in the 19th was yummy

We couldn’t find fault, there was no kettle in the room but that was resolved very quickly. The Air conditioning was a bit noisy

Lovely hotel, great setting, friendly staff. Quality beds. Great breakfast. Indigenous history around the hotel was very interesting and well laid out.

The message I received from the hotel prior to arrival about where to park was very confusing as I didn’t know which part of the hotel I was staying in.

Good location to airport, nice grounds

No shuttle to airport even though when booking, the phone attendant said there was shuttle service provided by the Hotel. No small toiletries offered in bathroom ie hand creams, body creams and no decaf coffee or tea in room.

This is our favourite golf destination. We can always get a stay and play for a great rate with a lovely room.

A very well run hotel in a nice quiet area outside of Cranbrook. The pool area is very well kept. Professional helpful staff.
