"Horrible"

The staff was disrespectful, as a Retired Military with a service animal the staff threatened to harm my service animal and I had to call the police.

I plan on filling a civil lawsuit for my money back. The staff called me at work on the military base Yelling at me being belligerent on my phone telling me to check out after I paid them for a week in full. The disrespectful staff refused to allow me to speak with the supervisor. And they showed homophobic retaliation and refused me to renew and to reimburse my money back. This was a horrible experience I'm 55 years old stage 4 cancer and stage 3 cancer, this stresses me sick 🤢
