InTown Suites Extended Stay Norfolk VA

The manager Debbie is EXTREMELY RUDE/NASTY. Hotel needs a lot of work. Starting with management. Rooms are not throughly cleaned. Definitely recommend you do your own cleaning. Rooms are NOT AS PICTURED. So don’t expect it!!! But management has to be the BIGGEST DOWNFALL OF THE PLACE!!!!!

Had a vending machine and Uber would come to this address as walking is not advised for this area unless you are a local.

There was cooking hotplate but not one single utensil, pot pan or plate. 2 plastic cups provided and nothing else. Not happy. The back door kept locking and I was unable to come back Inside via that door as it wouldnt reopen for me with the key i had. The shower did not have a lip to stop the water from flooding the floor. My towels were not replaced at all for a 1 week stay. The front desk was hardly ever manned, very short staffed. Not impressed. The area is known for high levels of drug use and theft as witnessed. You can hear all noises through the rooms loud thuds from doors slamming. Not a restful place at all and bot quiet
