InTown Suites Extended Stay Norfolk VA

Whatever you do, don't book a room at this dump. If you're 5 minutes late because your flight was delayed, they not only cancel your first night, but your entire stay. In my case 11 nights. Then they have a I don't give a damn attitude, claim every room has miraculously been booked in a few hours and tell you to get lost.

Price and service was excellent.

Definitely does not look like the pictures and it was just dirty. First and last time booking there.

Little critters crawling in the room and bathrooms.

Theres no houskeeping. They dont change out your towels, no toilet paper, no fresh sheets for a week. Numerous fees they dont verbally explain at check in. I was told to sign 3 times on the card reader and got no explanation what it was for.

Made everything I brought with me stink, dangerous location had to check out early due to safety concerns. No refund

Nothing no clean linen we stayed two weeks laundermat broken for 1week I'm disabled Veteran elevator broken for 4 days had to do 4 flights of stairs down and up my left knee was hurt can't walk on it now construction next door to our room someone from the 3rd floor ran into stairway and peeded in there when we were walking up those stairs I'm sick and disgusted. never again.
