Nice facilities and comfortable rooms. Breakfast staff does a good job.

Western breakfast options could improve. Even though the hotel was not full we had to wait 10 minutes to be able to check in, be seated for breakfast and to check out. Pool food is of low quality and way overpriced. overall the service should be much better and is not up to standard. There is a lot of staff, but they just stand there and not doing much and not being pro-active. Exception is the breakfast staff.

Magnificent grounds, nice pool, very spacious room with nice coffee and tea. Nice restaurants on site

Very few staff spoke English, was difficult to communicate, but got lucky when checking out when someone with excellent English helped us

The Ritz carlton is a. huge beachfront resort comprising of several buildings connected by undercover outdoor walkways. The rooms are luxurious and oversized with walk in wardrobe, separate toilet, shower and bathroom.and sofa. The rooms have a mulit function master control panel with electronic curtains. There are many charging stations, control panels, even an inbuilt TV within the mirror in the bathroom( some rooms). Each room has a very comfortable bed, complimentary fruit, generous bottles of water, slippers, TWG tea bags and expresso coffee machine The gardens are beautiful with many water features. There are several pools , an infinity pool and the larger beach resort pool. Both pools are warm. Sitting at night by the pool listening to the live music is truly relaxing. Breakfast has a huge variety of Western and Asian foods- choices are plentiful!! We got a gift bag on check out too!! The only downside would be that staff have limited or no English including reception area. A pity. Otherwise, overseas tourist would truly enjoy staying here.

The only negative is the Bidet did not work and the sink was faulty but besides that the pool was great, the room was great, the breakfast was PHENOMENAL

Staff' service and attitude are not bad, but it is simply not as good and professional as what you would expect from a luxury hotel such as Ritz Carlton: - very poor service for breakfast - waiting line was chaotic - took them one hour to serve drinks at bar while they had plenty of staff and very few customers. But they were just standing there and chatting to each other, forgetting they were supposed to prepare cocktails we ordered. We had to ask 3 times - they let kids playing and throwing balls violently right at the swimming pool. Accident can so easily happen... Took them literally 40min before asking kids to stop
