Venue Parking Balcony Friendly staff Early check in

Noisy No aircon so had to keep Window and door open Patio dirty and could have done with some chairs in the balcony Bed wasn't Comfy had dip. In it

Staff were polite. Kettle, fridge and microwave provided.

Room smelt strongly of bleach upon arrival. Furniture was very old. Bed and pillow was uncomfortable. Only 1 small radiator in the room which hardly made the room feel warm. Curtains were flimsy and did not have blackout disturbing sleep and lots of noise and talking during the night and from other hotel users disturbing our sleep greatly. Room door was very unstable and would shake often especially when it was windy during the night and when other hotel users would use the emergency exit. This made me and kids feel very unsafe but bc I had already booked 3 nights we persevered.

The room condition very bad but bed sheets and bed very clean.

Beds where uncomfortable Had no hot water for bath of sink So had to use power shower for hot water which was almost scalding and could not be altered due to broken unit When night staff where told they ignored it and didn't inform morning staff who could of fixed the issues Had terrible sleep due to other guests younger children running around and screaming untill 1 am
