The room was just what we needed, kettle, fan and fridge an unexpected bonus. Comfortable and clean throughout. Great parking, the basement was locked overnight so we felt very safe. Train to London was only a 10 minute walk. Local eateries on Cranbrook Road were amazing, I'd stay again just for the food.

Perhaps better blackout curtains, our top floor room was light at 5am

Even the person on reception completely denied tell his name and said management ask him to do this .After two weeks , I haven’t got my deposit back yet …
