Egentlig okay flinke det man talte med dem. Ordnede dig en bruser der ikke virkede, så der ikke kunne bades, der kom ny op. Vores senge blev redt, og nye håndklæder hver dag og ordnet lidt.

Sengene var ikke noget man kan byde nogen at sove i. Og der blev ikke reageret på man påpegede det. Der var vindue og dør med fugt i, som i meget og de var ved at falde ud. Havde bedt (skrevet) om værelse nede, da har dårligt ben, får på 3 sal. Fik ikke rent sengetøj en eneste dag, vi var der.

I can give no update about the 50 pound deposit refund yet because I recently checked out. The hotel listing already informed me about the initially 100 pound deposit and the staff personally message me about it as well. I was asked 50 pounds when I arrived with the staff saying its lowered now. After reading the reviews I was skeptical and my expectations where really low. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the beds where comfortable and there was a daily room service. The staff was accommodating. The staff made adjustments to my room according to my needs before visiting the hotel. Keep in mind that this is a 2 star hotel and my review is according to that. The nearby Valentines park is beautiful and there are a few shops worth visiting around, other than that the subway is 10 minutes away on foot and it can get you in central London in less than an hour thanks to the fast Elizabeth line. Overall a nice stay without any significant negative surprises. Great value for money for me personally even after counting the 50 pound deposit as an expense as of now.

While there was a daily room service that did tasks like change towels and throw out the garbage, the bedsheets where not changed daily but where laid back as they where, the actual frequency of changing the bedsheets is unknown for me to state. I did not request new bedsheets my self.
