Ulisse Deluxe Hostel

Location & Staff, excellent service!

The whole experience was below par. I never write reviews like this, but I felt the need to be honest. The first thing that hits you is that the hotel is below grade and it feels like you’re staying in an underground garage. The whole facility is hard surfaces so at night all you hear is chairs banging people walking absolutely no sense of peace and quiet. The room was well used. Caulking with mold in it no surface look like it had been updated in a very long time. The breakfast was just fair at best. I understand what the price point for this hotel is but saying it’s a three star is so far from the truth. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Good location, good staff

Dorm rooms so some things may be different for other rooms. Rooms require key card for power which is hard when sharing a room with others. Not enough electricity outlets for all that were in the room. Dorm rooms on an internal courtyard (no external windows) which means very noisy with people moving around the halls.

They are prepared with a lot of options for tours and gluten free breakfast, even tho quality of gluten free products is not the best. They provide you with a towel and change it everyday.

I got the top bed and the stairs was beside the pillow of the person sleeping down, and plus, it was in a verry narrow space in between the bed and the closet. Very hard to climb up...

Manque à mon avis une bouilloire et quelques petits sachets de thé et café dans la chambre.
