Very close to main square in old town

Room furniture very dated, horrible smell from drains, unable to adjust room temperature, breakfast very basic

La struttura è accogliente, in una posizione ottima del centro dalla quale si possono facilmente raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Cracovia. Lo staff è molto cordiale, a disposizione per eventuali consigli e domande sulla città. La camera era spaziosa, dotata dei principali comfort. Ottima la colazione, con una ricca offerta di cibi dolci e salati, bevande di ogni tipo.

Alcuni arredi necessiterebbero di manutenzione.

Veldig bra beliggenhet. Super frokost.

Location is excellent, right next to the old city and in a quiet cul-de-sac which is hard to beat. There is a drop-off parking in front of the hotel, but the staff did not inform us of this prior to arrival.

Finding the location with a rental car was not easy, the Google map location needs to be corrected. Parking was a short walk but fairly expensive.

The location is excellent, right in the old town but on a small street, slightly hidden. The room was nice and spacious, staff was very firiendly. In general a great experience for a short city break.

Breakfast was very good, but a slightly more extensive menu would have been appreciated. Noone left hungry, though, so not too bad. Just slightly below average for such a nice hotel.

Rewelacyjne położenie w centrum a jednocześnie na spokojnej bocznej uliczce. Hotel z klimatem. Bardzo przyjemna restauracja z przeszklonym dachem, dzięki czemu bardzo jasna, na ścianach ładne obrazy i w gablotach wystawa archeologiczna. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. W pokoju mieliśmy łóżko na podwyższeniu, dojście do niego było po schodkach. Trochę można było poczuć się po królewsku 😉 Pokój niezbyt duży, ale wystarczający.

W łazience był specyficzny zapach zapewne od starych rur kanalizacyjnych. Kontakt do ładowania telefonu był trudno dostępny za komodą stojącą przy łóżku. Sofa u podnóża łóżka była bardzo miękka, niezbyt wygodna dla kręgosłupa.
