Su punto más fuerte es, sin duda, la ubicación. Está excepcionalmente bien situado para recorrer el centro de Cracovia a pie. Por otro lado, el desayuno resulta bastante interesante, ofrecen una buena variedad de productos locales que se agradece probar, aunque, el nivel general del buffet y del servicio no corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas por ejemplo la zona para servirte la comida en el desayuno buffet es algo pequeña por lo que si hay otros clientes es algo incómodo.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, entre el lateral de la cama y la pared hay 30 centímetros y no tienen persianas (ni cortinas lo suficientemente opacas). A las 5:30 de la mañana ya ha amanecido y te entra toda la luz del sol directamente en la cara, por lo que es imposible no despertarse. La conexión WiFi es algo lenta.

Bliskość starówki przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu ciszy i spokoju, z dala od hałasu i zgiełku. Dla mnie możliwość spokojnego snu jest bardzo cenna, zwłaszcza że podróżuję z dziećmi.

Widok z okna wychodzi na ścianę klasztoru dominikanek, co może nie jest szczególnie atrakcyjne wizualnie. Dzięki temu jednak panuje tu wyjątkowa cisza i spokój, mimo bliskości starówki.
