Hotel Villa Bianca Resort

This hotel has been the worst experience ever. I am a single woman staying at this hotel and I don’t feel safe at all. This was not what I was expecting when I booked. No fridge in my room, black mould in my bathroom, shower door is faulty, hot water is nonexistent unless you want to run the shower for 30 minutes before getting in, there are only 3 plug sockets in my room, there a broken tile in my room, the bed doesn’t fit - looks like the room was used as a storage room before and they just decided to turn it into a room one day, the staff are not helpful at all and are extremely rude and disrespectful, they don’t tell you anything about where things are in the hotel or how to get to the other hotels. All in all it’s been the worst experience ever. I would not recommend, you can get better hotels for better prices. This hotel should not be a 4 star hotel it should be 1!

Location was great! The room was large with an ocean view balcony which was very nice. Breakfast was decent.

The shower was tiny!

I arrived today and I am sat in a bar in tears. 33 degrees and no air conditioning in our room. Practically had to get on hands and knees for wifi code as it seems there are different passwords for different floors. DO NOT BE FOOLED there is no pool at this hotel! We have asked, nay begged Salvatore (booking manager) for an upgrade; he is the rudest man I have come across. My 69 year old partner literally cannot sit on the loo as it is so close to the shower cubicle and he certainly will not be able to get into the shower as it is so small. Holes in towels, faulty electrical sockets inside and outside our room and nowhere to put toiletries in the tiny bathroom.

Excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, the range of food was good, and the view of the sea was most enjoyable from the breakfast room. The cleaners were excellent, and the restaurant was quite good and not too expensive.

There was no fridge or kettle in the room. Also, the room I booked was tiny and had no view, I had to upgrade to get a decent room, which had a great view of the sea.

The furniture is a bit old (the cupboards and blinds are hard to close etc), but everything was clean!

The worst place i have ever went to!! to the point i'm sat here in tears.. staff horribly rude everything and i mean everything (including a cup of ice) an absolute hassle for staff ... air con didn't work, water stopped working!! faulty towers is better .. disgusted in the prices and disgusted in the overall experience ... as a civil servant in my own country i pride myself on manners ..... this was absolutely appalling
