Hotel Ipanema

Me gustó todo ,, recepción muy amable y te explican todo con. Amabilidad El restaurante tenía todo lo necesario para el desayuno y la cena estupenda,,los camareros muy atentos gracias a todos por hacerme la estancia muy agradable gracias al hotel Ipanema

The pool was nice. A bit of an odd placement all the way back but the tanning area has nice views of the beach. The balconies were lovely.

Very dated It’s no 4 star like the sign has Rooms very old style The lobby, reception and bar has terribly old tacky furniture and the interior is just so dated it has no atmosphere or charm. No fridge or kettle in the room. Italian stir doesn’t really transcend to interior design. The breakfast area is too congested and poorly laid out. The selection is average. Very sugary or not very healthy options. Very UK crowd so maybe they used to simple setups.

Reception staff very helpful and attentive / best part of our stay. Good shower, air con worked well, clean

Property tired, breakfast ordinary, coffee undrinkable. Wifi was pretty bad, none in rooms and not great in reception area.

The property is very nicely located near the beach and the cable car up to the city center. It has a nice pool and a good breakfast bar.

I had a problem with woman who was working at the front desk. I believe her name was Christina. I needed a taxi from the hotel to the train station. I knew that it was only supposed to be between 10 and 15 euros, but she wanted 25 euros. When I questioned her about it, she told me to get own. I walked a few meters down the street to the taxi stand and booked one at a fair price. Her attitude was not very customer service friendly. However, the wait staff was great.

BELLISSIMA POSIZIONE VICINO AL MARE E FUNIVIA CHE PORTA IN CITTA ALTA. TUTTI MOLTO GENTILI.

COLAZIONE UN PO SCARSA, MANCAVA IL LATTE SENZA LATTOSIO E PRODOTTI PER INTOLERANTI. IN PIU LA VISTA DALLA STANZA.....DICIAMO IL MURO. HOTEL HA UN POTENZIALE MA E MOLTO VECCHIO, I BAGNI AVREBBERO BISOGNO DI UNA SITEMAZIONE.

Loved this hotel . Staff were so friendly and such characters , nothing too much trouble .Fantastic location, close to beach , resteraunts, cable car up to Taormina, mini market, bus stops. Loved their resteraunt too, where you are very well looked after and served in style . Menu is interesting !!! The hotel is a bit dated, but it works and is very clean.

Took a bit of getting used to the busy road the hotel is situated on, but after a day or two, we aclimatized.
