The bed was comfortable.

There were no vending machines anywhere. There were no places to eat or grab a drink close, the bar in the lobby was only open on weekends I believe. The Casino had restaurants but were not open during the day.

They gave my room away.Before I even arrived they ran my card.This card is only used to book.I pay when I get there on my debit.They had jacked the price up over 100 more than what my reservation cost.So that’s why they inconvenience us to make more money on our room.Shame on you bad business practices.

"Nicely located hotel with casino and large room"

Location of the hotel near the arch and has a casino with several restaurant choices. It has large comfortable rooms which were fairly clean.

The parking is a longer walk to the hotel than usual. Not terrible but not as convenient as most. They charge extra for checking in at 3 pm. Coffee maker in room was not cleaned up.

Location to our events, the size of the room, the staff was ultra friendly, the room cleanliness was good.

Its a touch rundown and needs some love in alot of little places. The only view we had was of the parking lot. But im sure other rooms have a view.

Gute. Lage zur Arch

Das Zimmer hat gerochen wie ein Aschenbecher, was bei uns zu Kopfschmerzen geführt hat. Obwohl das ein Nichtraucherzimmer war, wurde dort die letzten 20 Jahre stark geraucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig.
