Wundervolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem & zuvorkommendem Personal. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Anlage sehr grün und gepflegt. Der Steg ins Meer ist super, links vom Steg ist das Schwimmen aber auch mit ein bisschen Vorsicht absolut möglich. Poolanlage schön gestaltet, nutzten wir aber kaum auf Grund des traumhaften Strandes.

Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr dunkel und laut, da direkt neben den Lüftungsanlagen. Zimmer wurde dann relativ zeitnah gewechselt, das neue war besser.

Kaikki olivat hyvin ystävällisiä.

Hyvätasoinen hotelli, joka sopii etenkin lapsiperheille, mutta ei ehkä niin pariskunnille. Hotellihuone ei aluksi vastannut odotuksia eikä varauksen tasoa merinäköalan suhteen, mutta huone saatiin vaihdettua seuraavana aamuna ja sen jälkeen oli kaunis näköala ihan kuin kuvassa.

Másodszor voltunk itt. Nagyon szép a tengerpart és a szálloda kertje. Kényelmes nagy szobában voltunk. A személyzet emberfeletti munkát végzett, hogy mindenki jól érezze magát. Remek , változatos ételek voltak a nap minden szakában. Biztosan visszamegyünk újra

Sajna két napot esett az eső, és a benti wellnes részleg nem túl nagy az ilyen időjárás áthidalására. De azért elboldogultunk :)

The food was diverse, a lot of options for each meal also there were 3 a la cart restaurants. The drinks were good. Also the mini-bar was daily re-stocked. There is also a pillow menu available (if you like softer pillows, for instance). There were kids activities that were happening daily at the kids center and daily activities at the theatre.

This is more a subjective thing to say, but the fact that the water slides were only open between 10-12 and 14-16 was a bit of a disappointment as in the morning the water was not that hot (end of September / beginning of October, not the hotel's fault here) and between 14-16 the kids were sleeping... Also, we had to exchange the room as we wanted one room that was located on the ground to have easy access to the yard. While the staff was very kind and managed to sort this out for us (thank you once again) it seems that the room had some heating pipes / hot water pipes that ran under the room. The whole bathroom floor and parts of the bedroom floors were hot. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with leaving the air conditioning on. We did not request a new room because of this.

Very good rooms, big , spacious. Amazing food and drinks , good entertainment and lovely people .

Not a lot to do for kids . Our 4 year old found kids club boring
