The hotel overall looks very chic and luxurious,the bars,the pool area,the restaurants are very beautiful. The room was extremely comfortable, big,with all necessary amenities.Very well cleaned. The bed/pillows were amayzingly comfy. The minibar constantly refilled. The food was very good and diverse. The service was also very good with 1 exception. Although I have some negative points below,I would definatly recommend this hotel for a pleasent,pampering vacation.

The most annoying thing about the stay was the Aqua bike employee who was very rude because I couldn't do all the exercises she was showing,although I explained her it was the first time for me and I also have a but of water fear..furring the whole session she constantly told me I shouldn't have come.Perhaps the hotel can look into this lady's behaviour, her place is not in a 5 star hotel dealing with customers that payed quite some money to be there. The room,even if very comfy and elegant, was noisy. I could here the toilet flushing from the next room. Also the hall noise,despite the fact that there was a door between my room and the room hall( we stayed in a family suite). The adults only pool is just on paper,there were constantly children present.i would recommend to the hotel staff to take care of that.

Room was great (in English terms). Beach - I did not use the hotel beach, as you cannot swim in the sea because of stones. The solution was to use the beach of the neighbour hotel - worked well. The food in the main restaurant was of average quality, not what I was expecting. But the choice was great (I recommend cherry tomatos, pieces of cucumbers and onion, prepare your own salad). However, the food in two other restaurants (lunch and dinner) were really nice. For dinner, you have to book in advance, I do recommend, and you do not pay extra.

It is impossible to take these huge stones from the sea. So, it cannot be done. Other things. Possibly, just one thing. Make the information about the day more seeable and add information about possible excursions.

Food and staff are amazing. Good activities, kids club and very good atmosphere.
