I loved that it had two pools and the private beach area. Food was great and so was the staff. The room was very clean. We loved having the store, rooftop bar and the restaurant right on site for ease. When we arrived, we were offered a sparkling drink as we toured the premises, which was a nice touch.

The mattresses could stand to be updated. We were also surprised that there was no microwave in the room. It would have been nice to heat up some of our leftovers from the excellent meals. The fire alarm system alarmed two mornings before 8:00 a.m. which startled us awake. Of course this was of no fault of the staff. We would have also preferred getting a top floor like we had requested since I am a light sleeper.

"Hidden gem."

The only regret is that I only had 2 nights here. Definitely coming back. Rooms arw facing ocean. Plenty of food options. You can enjoy variety of water activities or just relax by the pool.

Ollie, Matt, and others were fantastic coordinating water sports! They have high quality paddle boards, kites, twin tips, foil boards, sail boats, available and know the area well. I stayed here for a kiteboarding event and will be back with more family and friends. They can help you out with whatever adventure you are looking for, or provide a beautiful place for peace and quiet. Service, cleanliness, value, location, and rooms were all great. "A Gem"

A quick Thanksgiving getaway spent at Grassy Flats. Set back from the road a tucked away gem. Small family and friends resort with 2 pools, restaurant on premises plus a market that serves easy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prize is the roof top bar with expansive view serving food and drinks and live music! Stay awhile!
