Was awful. Room had a distinct odor of cooking remnants. Sheets were stained. Used dirty Tupperware behind the curtain. Front desk did nothing. It was room 205. We didn’t even stay in the room. I also had another room. It was better but not great. We all stayed In that room. Was not a good experience and it was a lot of money. Wouldn’t recommend. It needs a complete overhaul.

We were charged much more and only discovered it after we returned home. The front desk staff, who claimed to be the manager, was disrespectful and impatient. Additionally, the food in the dining hall did not include any dairy.

"Management was rude, unprofessional and did not refund my money. I won't book with them ever again."

I did NOT stay at the hotel... I spoke with the manager on the phone and she was rude, told me she was canceling my room (she said to the hotel rep "cancel her room" ) and then she hung up on me. I tried to call 3 times and the hotel did not answer. I paid through booking.com and asked them for a refund that I have NOT received yet. Cost me $113.00 and I got nothing. Very disappointed in the hotel and booking.com for not refunding me. I had to pay to stay at a different hotel. So, this cost me a lot. There is NO "like" at all.

Excelente la atención en la recepción, muy amable la persona que nos recibió. El check in fue muy rápido. Confortable la suite en donde nos ubicaron. Recomendable,

Al ingresar en el primer piso, hay zona de fumadores , y pues el lobby estaba con un fuerte olor a cigarrillo. De entrada es molesto para los que no somos fundadores
