The Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College

the property was clean, and the location was convenient. the girl at check in was great.

the bed was quite honestly the most UNcomfortable bed that I have ever slept on. I did NOT get any sleep. there was no iron or ironing board in the room. the young man at the breakfast area was horrible. He looked like he just got out of bed, his pants were hanging off, his hair was a mess, he was eating food in the back and finally (after almost 10 minutes) came out to take our order. When he did come out he was still chewing food and chewing with his MOUTH open. PLEASE teach your employees some common decency or don't let them work there.

Not much to do on site unless you drive into town.

The property and location is excellent. Very grand!

The room was indeed small. Would have preferred a room on a higher floor. The cost was high.

It was a fifteen minute Uber ride in to Salem which allowed us to avoid parking in town. Everything was clean and new. It was less expensive than staying in Salem. Restaurants were about a five minute drive away.

Nothing.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel—it was one of the cleanest places I've stayed in a long time. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable. When I arrived, the beauty of the fountain really took my breath away. The entire property is adorned with beautiful flowers, and everything is maintained so well. It’s clear that the owners truly take pride in their establishment, and that made my stay even more special.
