Lovely hotel in Beverly, Ma., right next to Endicott College. Seems to be there for families of the collegians, but I recommend to all. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff are very nice. It's also in a great location on the North Shore of Boston -- near Gloucester, Rockport, Nahant and Salem. Enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

Well appointed, quiet. Great rate.

Dynamic pricing means that I cannot stay here consistently; I make frequent trips to this area, and I always prefer to stay at the Wylie, but sometimes the rates are astronomical. It would be nice if there was a bit of a breakfast.

Sweet spot!

The bed was super comfortable, clean and inviting. We had a handicapped accessible room which was great with a larger bathroom. The facility was inviting and warm. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary coffee was exceptional for flavor. Towels were clean, and dried well. Peaceful location and pretty grounds. Comfortable, convenient cafe on site with pretty reasonable prices available for breakfast/lunch/light supper. A generally welcoming atmosphere. I would book here again without hesitation.

This hotel could have been exceptional with a few tweaks. A second trash can in the bedroom area. Making sure corners of the bathroom were clean. (Some dirt was clearly visible at shower lip. Also, the shower was small though accessible, and water leaked under the curtain into the main bathroom.) A complimentary snack would have elevated the hotel. It was also a bit out of the way, and although part of the charm, roads were hard to maneuver in winter, so that is something to consider when booking. Rooms are on smaller side and TV was a little limited. As others mentioned, heat a bit noisy.

Was just redone in May and it shows. Everything clean and new, TV worked great, had Google Chromecast, shower big and excellent pressure, no complaints, would stay here again.
