Hoover Dam Lodge

The location was a bit out of boulder city but easy enough. Reception staff were good.

The staff at the merged casinos were grumpy.

Great price, clean and staff was great. Will stay here again if in the area

Close to Hoover Dam and they were able to get my room by an elevator. That’s the nicest thing I can say oh and the bartenders were nice.

The front desk people cannot give you any information about the Hoover Dam or anything around their restaurants. They are very uninformative in dysfunctional. The ice machines were all broken and they gave you a little bag of ice at the front so you have to keep going down to get ice but most of all the pool was closed so no pool for me second the room was dirty very dirty. I have pictures. Out of all the restaurants they’re only one was open for coffee and the coffee was horrible. No help there for breakfast at all. Such a bad experience.

Pillow were hard ,only 2 pillows on each bed They portion the ice per person

The property is located very close to Hoover Dam and is inside the lake Mead recreation area. That’s good.

The hotel did not have a restaurant he had to leave the property to have a meal the food service inside the hotel was at best roller food from a gas station. The rooms only had one available power outlet without unplugging lamps or TVs or something so that we couldn’t Plug in our phone and computer at the same time. We will have four days without getting clean towels or sheets or even the room swept the carpet swept it was the fifth day when we finally got the carpeting, swept down and clean sheets and towels. Only one elevator worked of the two the pool was closed For problems with the permit so we weren’t able to use the pool until the last day and that was a very disgusting situation.
