"Disappointing."

The woman at the front desk was very pleasant.

The pool was closed, despite all advertising showing the pool as a big selling point. The manager refused to compensate us in any way ( not even a lake view or a late checkout) even though the hotel was mostly empty.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, views were great. Perfect place to stay when visiting Hoover Dam

The Chinese restaurant downstairs had no one working there that day. The Mexican restaurant had no food left so we got food from the gift shop. The ladies working there were great! And the free coffee coupons came in handy. The coffee was good. Disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed. Other than that I'd stay there again.

"Fantastic time."

The front desk was absolutely amazing. After a mix up with how many rooms I reserved they quickly helped me resolve it. I will be back just because of them.

Nothing except the pool being closed waiting on the county for permits, but that I understand I work in construction.

Conveniently located. Clean and neat and friendly staff.

They need to have a 24 hour café. You can only eat so many bacon egg, and cheese biscuits.

Lage gut zwischen Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire hnd Las Vegas. Preis für 1 Nacht ok.

Im Eingangsbereich eiskalt, draußen kommt man mit kurzer Kleidung und erfriert fast drinnen. Im Zimmer die ganze Nacht furchtbarer, durchgängiger Lärm der Klimanlage (am Dach, fürs ganze Hotel?). Sehr schlecht geschlafen deswegen.

Very close to Hoover Dam. Great views from the room. We had a clean room and it did not have any smell of smoke like there was in the lobby.

Smoke smell downstairs in lobby. No coffee maker in room but they did give us a voucher for coffee from downstairs.
