"I will never stay there again!"

Didn't have the breakfast available. It was only for really early rising guests

No coffee in the room. Had to go downstairs to get it. Not enough pillows on the bed. Air continuously went on and off to keep the room temperature even, making it difficult to sleep. Shower was too light. The day time front desk staff was rude and refused to give me any receipt. She became increasingly hostile. If she had been at the desk when we checked in, I would have left!

Very nice staff. Has a restaurant and also a place inside the hotel where you can have your breakfast, buy souvenirs and essentials, water , snacks. Etc it is open 24 h, the hotel is near Hoover dam and 30 minutes from willow beach Marina, the staff is very nice and cooperative, the room was comfortable with a nice view

The restaurant was shut down. Only packaged foods were for sale that you could microwave.

It turns out that the website I use to book the reservation is a third party entity. This was by accident that I made the reservation. Tho hotel claims that I booked the night of Oct 6 when In knew I was arriving on Friday night the. The hotel would not honor my rate. The would not give me a matching rate. I plan to call booking. To request a refund.
