Room was good size lighting was great

Internet very poor had to use my own Hotspot to do work with.

Very spacious with a full kitchen. There was a swivel TV that separates the bedroom and living room. That was neat!

The staff could've been better. Took about 25-30 minutes to check in because the front desk clerk was not in place. When she came, she had to leave and assist another customer whose room key wouldn't work. Also, at breakfast, one of the staff member basically pushed my husband with a door instead of waiting for him to move

I loved the room. Loved the space. And I loved that it was in middle of Dothan, where there was an abundance of restaurants and shopping. But I must say, my mother and I agreed that the cleanliness of the room was lacking. For me, the room was clean overall, but the bathroom really needed a little more attention. The floor definitely needed to be swept, because I saw little hairs, that definitely didn’t belong to me on the floor, and the bathtub definitely needed to be cleaned. And neither of our rooms got cleaned every day. And I don’t remember either of us not asking for our rooms to be cleaned every day.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and large. Continental breakfast has many options.

I have stayed at the Residence Inn several times in Dothan when visiting family and have been very pleased. From Start (Booking online) to Finish ( Checking Out ) was a breeze. Room was clean and spaciousness and yet still very pleasant and quiet in

Staff was professional and amazing

The inn for the most part was nice. The room is spacious, but it needs upgrades. The light fixtures above the bed were rusty and some other items in the bathroom could use upgrades. The bed was comfy and the room is spacious. It didn’t help that the bathroom got clogged. The staff is very courteous and friendly. M

I saw 2 brown roaches under the tv when I rotated tv. One spider in bathroom behind door old nasty pet covered in cat or dog hair in the sitting area

The stay was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a smell and the furniture was stained. The room had a smell to it but they provided an ionizing machine to treat the air.
