"Had to wait past the 4:00 p.m. check-in time to get into the room, but supervisor took care of it."

0530 fire alarm. Meet and greet w neighbors, their poor dogs, and Dothan FD. It took 1.5 hours to silence the alarm. Fortunately I carry earplugs. Any adjustment for a faulty sprinkler??

The handicapped accessible room had a bed that was too high for a handicapped person to get in. It needs to have lower beds.
