"No hot water for the hot tub."

I got this as a get away for my wife and the water for the hot tub wouldn’t stay hot….. which was the whole point of the stay. Pretty disappointing. Also the heat in the room didn’t work.

"Never again. "

I honestly thankful that we only had booked one night at this hotel. The location was good, right off the highway. However we had a two queen bed sweet with a pull-out sofa bed and the room was not so good. The sofa bed we wouldn't even sit on. Let alone have to sleep on. It looks like something from 1970s, raggedy, and just not clean. The two queen beds were hard as boards. And I like a firm bed so that's saying a lot when I tell you that I had the worst night in a hotel in a very very long time. The pillows were tiny squares that flattened over night. There was dust on the dresser and the lamps. Just not very clean at all. We tried to eat breakfast in the morning. However there was one waffle maker so the line was very long. We were going to wait anyway until we notice that older woman coming out of the back room to stock the bagels with no gloves on. That completely just turned us off and we just left. I wasted 15000 points on this room! Choice hotels need to start stepping it up.

"For the money, very unhappy."

The pool, but the hand rale to walk into the pool is broken.

The beds are very uncomfortable, and pillows are terrible. Black hairs in towels and in the bed as well as in the tub. The couch in the room had a stain on it and was not comfortable sitting on. The elevator is dirty, and the carpet in the halls is torn up and seems to possibly be the original carpet. At the elevator door on the 4th floor, it is sunk down, and it looks very unclean.

The pool was open

Black hairs in the towels and in the bed. The bed was very hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The handrail to get into the pool was broken. Breakfast shut down an hour early.

we had to leave b4 breakfast it was the weekend, and they did not have food until 7am and we had to be at the airport at 6am

the bed was WAY away for the wall and I made the mistake of looking idk if they have ever cleaned behind there
