Rommet så ikke ut som på bildet i det hele tatt, så det var veldig trangt og lite plass

Nice clean room in a hotel that had a bit of a young community/hostel vibe which I liked. There’s some food options at the reception also, and the rooftop terrace is nice for chilling.

I had a tiny/narrow window which faced the internal courtyard, so no views. There wasn’t much in terms of amenities in the bathroom, but it was fine.

Location was good, hotel was comfortable, staff was very helpful.

I was unable to use the hotel's preferred check-in method, owing, I think, to booking through Booking. This required staff assistance from the barista, who is obviously there to help the people who can't manage checking in on an iPad. In my case, the system rendered this impossible. What if the barista was absent? The other complaint is the automated room for bag storage, which failed each time I used it. On the first occasion, I closed the tab in my phone's browser, making to impossible to get my bag back. Having learned from the error of my ways, I made sure to keep the tab open. Upon return, the same result. I was only able to get my bag because someone else opened the door to store their own bag. Hardly a secure set-up. It's unclear if the hotel chain owns the bag storage enterprize, but they certainly have some responsibility since they chose to use this approach.

Central location within walking distance to sightseeing, food & the central train station. There was a bar & cafe in the lobby which offered light meals & snacks. There was also a shared kitchen & laundry facilities in the basement. Reception staff were friendly. This hotel had a casual & relaxing vibe.

The room was quite small and there was no bench or shelving in the bathroom.

The staff where so rude, leak in room, could not leave luggage if you arrive early or fly home later as its self service the room was full and unsafe
