公園と樹々に囲まれた景色がよく、地下鉄からアクセスがしやすい。ほぼ駅に直結している。朝食が素晴らしい。スタッフの対応が丁寧。清潔で水回りが広い。家具、バー、ベッドなど清潔で高級感がある。建物自体が名建築で雰囲気があり、北海道の近代を感じる。

建物が良いがリノベーションで本来のデザインを再現してほしかった。あまり見ないので個人的には問題ではないがテレビが小さく、コンテンツがふるい。
