"子供の頃から、札幌のホテルと言えば札幌パークホテルをイメージしていました。大好きなホテルです。"

立地がとても良く、街の喧騒とは無縁です。 中島公園の直ぐ脇で、散歩にも繁華街へ赴くにも良く地下鉄駅もアクセスが容易です。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で、歴史のあるホテルだと実感します。

さすがに建物が古いため浴室の暗さなどは感じます。ですが、建て替えを行うと聞き安心と期待をしています。

"Amazing stay"

The hotel was built in the 60's and still have the grandiose of a prestige hotel. The decoration and especially the exceptional quality of their staff stood out right away. As a hotelier myself I was amazed by the hospitality, which I feel can lead by example for many 5 star establishment. The breakfast is tailored more to Japanese taste (following local culture) but we are always happy to try out new things. Very sad that the hotel will be closing down as I would be more than happy to return at any day.

Nothing not to like. Maybe the opportunity to gather information at the check out about our stay but as the hotel is closing down I can understand that this is not in the management's interest.

"季節外れだったおかげでお得に老舗ホテルのサービスを受けることができたラッキーな宿泊でした。"

景色がとても良かったです。老舗ホテルというだけあり、調度品がしっかりとしていたと思います。

どうしようもありませんが、バスルーム周囲は老朽化している感じがありました。でも清潔に保たれていました。
