Good location - very neat and clean

I liked the distance from the train station to the BnB, which was good and was 15 - 20 min walk depending on how fast you walk. I liked the BnB and that it was really clean both indoors and outside the front area. The room was a good size and also clean, and the mattress was comfortable. There was available tea/coffee in the room, and if needed, I could have requested a fridge. There was a moveable fan. There was a bar area and an honesty box payment system available if you didn't want to go out. The hosts reached out prior to arrival. I was greeted at reception on arrival. I liked that I had options to have breakfast. Although I didn't, it was an option if i wanted and made the request on time. I liked it was a relaxed environment and that it was safe. I liked that there was a lounge area, which I was kindly allowed to use for a meeting as it was quiet. I liked that there were close by shops if needed to buy snacks or there were different pubs and, wine bars you could go to if you didn't want to go along the pier where there were more restaurants. Liz did a daily check-in to make sure everything was OK and if I needed anything wĥich was really nice and they were easily available if needed during those hours. There were plenty of leaflets for places to visit and advice for getting to places. I liked the short distance from the accommodation to the pier, which was a 10 -15 minute walk.

The shower cubicle was small, and i couldn't angle the shower very well, but it wasn't an issue, and i didnt raise it as i adapted and it did what it needed to, and the water was hot. There was no reception toilet, so you use it in your room or at another facility nearby.

Had a lovely stay in Torquay, hotel very nice and owners very helpful and knowledgeable. Although the weather was not brilliant found plenty of things to do and places to visit

We were greeted by Liz, very welcoming. Very good location, , close to the see front, restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. Bus stop in a walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Liz and Paul were very helpful and friendly. Room was spotless and modern. Tea and coffee were topped up daily. Would definitely return when visiting Torquay again.

Liz very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and provided everything we needed. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent value for money.
